Shipping

We ship orders across the United States via UPS.
Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
Orders are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipping Options (USA)

🚪 Doorstep Delivery — $7

Your package will be left at your door, in a mail room, or lobby.

This option is convenient and affordable; however, we are not responsible for loss or theft once the package has been marked as delivered.

✍️ Signature Required Delivery — $13

Your order is delivered directly into your hands and confirmed with a signature.

This is the safest shipping option, as the package is never left unattended.

🎁 Free Doorstep Delivery on Orders Over $60

Your package will be left at your door, in a mail room, or lobby.

Please note that we are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery has been completed.

🎁 Free Signature Required Delivery on Orders Over $100

For larger orders, we cover all shipping costs and provide signature-required delivery at no additional charge.

📦 Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

How Signature Required Delivery Works

If you choose Signature Required Delivery, please note:

  • The courier will not leave the package at the door
  • Delivery is made only to the recipient or an authorized person
  • The courier may knock or ring the doorbell but does not call in advance
  • If no one is available, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again (usually 1–2 additional attempts)
  • After unsuccessful attempts, the package will be available for pickup at the nearest UPS location or UPS Access Point

We recommend being available on the delivery day or closely tracking your shipment via the UPS website or app to avoid delays.

⚠️ Important Notice

Once the carrier marks an order as “Delivered”, our responsibility ends.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery at the provided address.

In such cases, please contact UPS directly.

  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Other available methods shown at checkout
