Shipping
We ship orders across the entire United States via UPS. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on the region. There are usually no shipments on Saturdays and Sundays.
We offer four shipping options within the USA:

Doorstep delivery — $7
The package will be left at your door, in the mail room, or lobby. Convenient and affordable, but we are not responsible for possible loss or theft after delivery.

Signature delivery (hand-to-hand) — $13
The order is handed directly to the recipient and confirmed with a signature. This is the safest delivery option, as the package is not left unattended.

Free doorstep delivery on orders over $60
The package will be left at your door, in the mail room, or lobby. Convenient and affordable, but we are not responsible for possible loss or theft after delivery.

Free signature delivery for orders over $100
For larger orders, we cover all shipping costs, and you receive signature delivery completely free of charge.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the package status.
How signature delivery works:
If you choose the “Signature delivery” option, please note:
- The courier will not leave the package at your door.
- Delivery is made only directly to the recipient or an authorized person.
- The courier may knock on the door or ring the doorbell, but will not call in advance.
- If no one answers during delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again (usually 1–2 additional attempts).
- After unsuccessful attempts, the package will be available for pickup at the nearest UPS office or UPS Access Point.
Please make sure to be home on the delivery day or track your package via the UPS website or app to avoid delays.
⚠️ Important: Once the carrier marks the order as “Delivered”, our responsibility ends. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery to the provided address. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
